Terms of Service

Updated 16 July 202618 sections

/ In short

You are buying a time-limited licence to use software on one machine. It is bound to your hardware on first use, it is prepaid, and it is not refundable.

Using it will very likely breach the rules of the game you use it with. If your game account gets banned, that is your risk, not ours, and it does not entitle you to money back. We do not guarantee that anything stays undetected, and builds go down when games update.

Do not share your licence, do not reverse engineer our software, and do not open a chargeback without talking to us first. Any of those ends your access permanently.

This summary is for orientation only. The numbered sections below are the terms that actually apply.

01Who we are#

Zorvex ("Zorvex", "we", "us") operates zorvex.solutions and the software distributed through it.

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account, purchasing a licence, or using our software, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Three related documents apply alongside these terms and are incorporated by reference: the End User License Agreement, which covers the software itself; the Privacy Policy, which covers your data; and the Refund Policy. Where a conflict arises on a matter specific to one of those documents, that document takes precedence.

02Eligibility#

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By using Zorvex you confirm that you are.

You are responsible for knowing whether our software is lawful where you live. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the sale or use of software that modifies or reads from online games. We do not offer any view on the law in your country, and buying from us is not advice that doing so is permitted.

03Your account#

You need an account to buy and use a licence. You agree to provide a valid email address, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in the customer panel.

One person, one account. Creating additional accounts to evade a suspension, a hardware lock, or a pricing restriction is a breach of these terms.

04Licences and hardware binding#

What you buy is a time-limited licence to use a build, not the software itself and not a transfer of ownership. Licences are sold as subscriptions of a fixed duration, or as keys that you redeem against a duration.

Every licence is bound to one machine. The first time you authenticate, the hardware identifier (HWID) of that machine is recorded and locked to your account. From that point, authentication from different hardware is refused.

If your hardware genuinely changes, you can request a reset through the customer panel or Discord. Resets are reviewed by a human and approved at our discretion. We may decline requests that appear to be an attempt to share a licence across people or machines.

05Acceptable use#

You agree not to:

  • share, resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise distribute your licence, credentials, or any build we provide;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, patch, or crack our software, or circumvent its authentication, licensing, or hardware binding;
  • upload any build, binary, or file we provide to any public or private location outside your own machine, including file hosts, forums, and other Discord servers;
  • attack, overload, probe, or otherwise disrupt our infrastructure, or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
  • use our service to harass others, or to commit fraud or any other criminal offence;
  • misrepresent yourself as affiliated with, employed by, or authorised to speak for Zorvex.

Breaching this section ends your licence immediately and without refund, and we may decline to sell to you in future.

06Pricing and payment#

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are payable in advance. The price and duration shown at checkout are the ones that apply to that purchase.

We accept the payment methods offered at checkout, which currently include cryptocurrency and the manually processed options described there. Cryptocurrency payments are handled by a third-party processor and are subject to network fees and to exchange-rate movement between the moment an invoice is generated and the moment it confirms. Invoices expire if unpaid, and an expired invoice does not entitle you to the quoted rate.

Access is provisioned once payment is confirmed. For manually processed methods, confirmation depends on a human reviewing it, which is not instant.

You are responsible for any taxes due in your own jurisdiction on your purchase.

07Refunds#

All sales are final. Our software is digital, delivered immediately, and bound to your hardware on first use, so it cannot be returned in any meaningful sense once delivered.

The Refund Policy sets this out in full, including how we correct genuine payment errors and what happens if we discontinue a product you hold a live licence for. Read it before you buy.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your country that cannot lawfully be excluded.

08Chargebacks#

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us first. We can usually resolve a genuine billing problem quickly.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a breach of these terms. Doing so results in immediate and permanent termination of your account and every licence on it, and we will decline to sell to you again.

09Detection, bans and game publishers#

This section is the most important one in this document. Please read it properly.

Using our software will almost certainly breach the terms of service of the game you use it with. Game publishers are entitled to suspend, ban, or permanently close your game account, and to remove access to content and purchases on it. That risk is yours alone, and it is the risk you accept by buying.

We do not guarantee that our software is undetectable. Any statement we make about detection describes our understanding at the time it was made. Anti-cheat systems change without notice, sometimes overnight. Detection can also result from your own hardware, firmware, configuration, or behaviour in game, none of which we control.

We do not compensate for bans, lost accounts, lost purchases, lost rank, or lost time, and a ban does not entitle you to a refund or to any remaining part of your licence period.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game publisher or developer. All game names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility.

10Availability and changes to the software#

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Builds go offline, often at short notice, when a game updates, when an anti-cheat changes, or when we take them down deliberately while we assess a risk. Downtime of this kind is a normal and expected part of this product.

Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. We may require you to update to a current build, and older builds may stop authenticating.

Time lost to downtime is not credited or extended by default. If an outage is prolonged, we may offer an extension at our discretion, but you should not buy on the assumption that we will.

11Support#

Support is provided through our Discord server and the ticket system in the customer panel. We aim to respond quickly, but we do not commit to a guaranteed response time or resolution.

Support covers our software. It does not extend to sourcing, configuring, or repairing your DMA hardware, your firmware, or your operating system, although we will help where we reasonably can.

Abusive conduct toward staff or other users ends the conversation and may end your access.

12Suspension and termination#

We may suspend or terminate your account and any live licence, without refund, if you breach these terms or the EULA, if you open a chargeback, if we reasonably suspect fraud or payment abuse, or if we are required to by law.

Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will normally warn you first. Where it is not, we will not.

You may stop using the service at any time. Because licences are prepaid and non-refundable, stopping does not entitle you to money back for the unused period. To have your account data erased, see the Privacy Policy.

13Disclaimers#

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our software and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with your hardware or with any future version of any game, or that it will remain undetected.

14Limitation of liability#

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, lost game accounts, lost in-game items or currency, or lost time, however caused.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of Zorvex is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15Indemnity#

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our software, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any third party's rights or terms, including those of a game publisher.

16Changes to these terms#

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows when they last changed.

If a change materially reduces your rights, we will give reasonable notice through the site or Discord before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

17Governing law#

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Zorvex is established, and disputes arising from them are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
